Screen Printing
Screen printing is the primary segment of operations at Screen Prints NFK and is executed using several methods and ink types. Artwork submitted by or designed for the client is separated into individual color channels which are then used to make a screen for each channel. Ink is applied on the top side of the screen and then forced through the mesh on to the item to be printed on. This results in a clean and precise print that can be replicated the exact same on all items in the work order. Screen printing has legacy and proven advantages over other processes: print integrity, longevity, vibrant colors, unmatched production speed, more cost effective at lower color count in low quantities and lower price per piece in high quantities. Prints can be applied to textiles, plastics, metal, glass, and paper.
