Excellent embroidery and customer service. Ordered this and noticed it didn’t come in the mail yet, called this shop for the status and was forwarded the official email confirming lost in USPS. At no cost or wait this guy immediately rode out to Children’s Place after we said we didn’t want a refund, bought another, embroidered it, and hand delivered the next morning with hot coffee❤️ professional all the way. We need more small businesses like this he said it’s only been 3 years he handled it like it’s been 20, love it.
