DTF / HTV

DTF (Direct To Film) printing uses industrial grade inkjet printers to apply the design with textile inks to a high temp film. HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) is a specialty polyurethane with a heat-activated adhesive (typically polyester-based) that is cut out to create the design. DTF is highly recommended as a value choice for low quantity/high detail designs with a laundry list of colors. HTV is recommended for single color quick turn-around needs and also excellent for mixed-media projects combined with embroidery and bling. Both are then heat-pressed onto the garment, bringing the proprietary binder up to curing temp, creates a lasting bond that endures wash after wash, and is also more economical for low quantity orders.

• Economical option for low detail single color designs, lettering or logos
• No setup fees. All that is needed is a vector file. SPNFK accepts the global standard .svg format with any fonts converted to objects/outlines for HTV only. Basic lettering layout is free of charge
• Preferred method for player names and 1-2 color numbers on sports jerseys
• HTV has a full range of special effects vinyl such as reflective for workwear/runners/joggers/riders, glitter, sparkle, shimmer, iridescent, neon, metallic, puff, felt and more
• Excellent for mixed media projects such as applique (embroidery) and bling (rhinestones)
• Fastest print method using garments and colors in stock, same day in some instances, call to check
