For the purpose of this policy, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.screenprintsnfk.com(and any other online e-commerce venues connected to, directly affiliated with, and run by Screen Prints NFK). “Physical Location” refers to 616 Naval Base Rd. Suite 101, Norfolk VA 23505 USA. “Service” and “Embellishment/Decoration”(and all its forms) refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site and Physical Location, in which users can place orders for custom embellished/decorated personal, B2B*, promotional, organizational, contract, and Fed/State/City/County requisitioned for compensation items. The term “Screen Prints NFK” refers to the Company rendering the Service. “Client” refers to you, the payer of the order invoice, and/or any representative acting on the payer’s or interested party’s behalf as a user of Screen Print NFK’s Site, Physical Location, or Service.

The following Delivery And Service Order Rush Policy applies when the client views or uses the Service via the Screen Prints NFK website located at www.screenprintsnfk.com (and any other online e-commerce venues connected to, directly affiliated with, and run by Screen Prints NFK), or visits the Screen Prints NFK physical location/remote physical kiosk to place an order using the POS (Point-Of-Sale) or online invoicing method. Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, the client signifies their agreement to this Delivery And Service Order Rush Policy. If the client does not agree to be bound by this Delivery And Service Order Rush Policy in its entirety, you may not access or use the Service.

Deadlines And Delivery Times

Deadlines average 14-20 business days from the day the order is placed. Some promos will list a 7-14 business day turnaround, this is usually for smaller orders that can be processed in and out easily with the only deciding factor in that range being availability of items from the wholesaler(including backorder and shipping transit times). Any order placed that needs delivery in hand earlier than the standard minimum 14 business days or promo 7-14 business days is required to select a rush fee option and no service order deemed to be unreasonable will be accepted without one after a review of feasibility across all aspects of order fulfillment on behalf of Screen Prints NFK highlight significant risk to reputation and customer satisfaction post commitment. This is non-negotiable.

Service order deadlines that have shipping as a requirement do not include transit times. Please factor this into a desired in hand date and time before ordering.

Preferred shipping at Screen Prints NFK:

• UPS Ground service for most orders that goes beyond 12pcs.
• Large Flat Rate USPS Priority Box for 12pcs or less depending on volume and weight.
• USPS Priority for priority samples and physical proofs.
• USPS First Class for subscription, retail singles and replacements.
• Reputable freight channels for pallet quantity deliveries.

Expedited courier delivery options are available within the state of Virginia, Upper NC, and the DMV, please call or email [email protected] for courier delivery time options and quote. Expedited service options are available though UPS, USPS, and FedEX and once the client selects any of these options, Screen Prints NFK’s liability for timely delivery ends at a successfully executed agreed upon carrier pickup time or by 7pm on the shipping business day communicated by service order update and/or email. Clients are encouraged to utilize their own carrier account pickup options to save money on shipping, UPS and USPS makes delivery and pickups here daily.

Approval of proof is required before production and NO WHOLESALE ITEMS ARE ORDERED until an approved proof and invoice details are signed off on by the client. Slower response times to proof emails, and excessive changes on behalf of the client may result in delays.
Delivery Dates are only estimated at checkout using a default model of proof approval within 1-2 business days . While Screen Prints NFK does its best to make these estimated delivery dates happen, we ask that our clients let us know of any concrete due date for any service orders placed on the site or at the Screen Prints NFK physical location.

Official deadline ranges are not in effect until invoice payment + proof approval. Deadline commitment is not determined by invoice payment date at Screen Prints NFK, it is determined by total number of business days from proof approval. An example is if an order is placed at the 14th business day without paying a rush fee, 2 of those business days are allotted to proof approval as a courtesy with the remaining 12 business days allowing a reasonable margin for any unfortunate shipping delays that carriers delivering the wholesale items for embellishment/decoration may develop, an aspect that is completely out of the control of Screen Prints NFK. A standard service order with no rush fee can not be expected to deliver in a timely manner if proof approval takes 7-10 of those business days and a notice of deadline commitment change will be communicated via email. Rush Orders

RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRINT-READY ART FILES SUBMITTED BY THE CLIENT PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF COMMITMENT BY SCREEN PRINTS NFK AND INVOICE PAYMENT. Restocks of embellishment/decoration-ready files already in possession at Screen Prints NFK and basic text layouts using provided or Screen Prints NFK stock font requests are approved by default. Files pre-approved on the client end that are submitted via the online product designer located on the site are only approved by default if Screen Prints NFK stock digital assets and fonts are used by the client in the designer. Pick Up and Delivery

Pick up is free of course at the Screen Prints NFK physical location during business hours Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm and the client should call +17575982498 ahead of time to ensure they will be courteously received with their service order organized and ready for their quantity count and quality check verification.
Delivery is solely a conditional courtesy. Screen Prints NFK in it’s sole discretion will decide on a request for local delivery within 25 miles of the Screen Prints NFK physical location for a fee of $25.00. This covers fuel cost but does not cover time away from production making this fee immediately non-negotiable. It is only an option if the time and opportunity is available, please understand.

In certain circumstances, delays do arise that are outside of the control of Screen Prints NFK. In these circumstances the client’s service order may take up to 28 business days to ship and this will be communicated immediately to the client. This a no-fault scenario to the client and renegotiation/refund options will be offered immediately.
