For the purpose of this disclaimer, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.screenprintsnfk.com(and any other online e-commerce venues connected to, directly affiliated with, and run by Screen Prints NFK). “Physical Location” refers to 616 Naval Base Rd. Suite 101, Norfolk VA 23505 USA. “Service” and “Embellishment/Decoration”(and all its forms) refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site and Physical Location, in which users can place orders for custom embellished/decorated personal, B2B*, promotional, organizational, contract, and Fed/State/City/County requisitioned for compensation items. The term “Screen Prints NFK” refers to the Company rendering the Service. “Client” refers to you, the payer of the service order invoice, and/or any representative acting on the payer’s or interested party’s behalf as a user of Screen Print NFK’s Site, Physical Location, or Service.

The following Client Supplied Items Disclaimer applies when the client views or uses the Service via our website located at www.screenprintsnfk.com, (and any other online e-commerce venues connected to, directly affiliated with, and run by Screen Prints NFK), or visits the Screen Prints NFK physical location/remote physical kiosk to place an order using the POS (Point-Of-Sale) or online invoicing method. Please review the following disclaimer carefully. By accessing or using the Service, the client signifies their agreement to this Client Supplied Items Disclaimer. If the client does not acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Client Supplied Items Disclaimer in its entirety, you do not have consent from Screen Prints NFK to access or use the Service.

Consideration Of Client Supplied Items

Client supplied items (shirts, hoodies, jackets, sign blanks, etc.) are not accepted by default at Screen Prints NFK. Screen Prints NFK in no way offers default full warranty or guarantee for any client supplied items if accepted and maintains the right to refuse acceptance of these items for embellishment/decoration at all times. There are instances where such items will be accepted and each request by a client is unique in terms, conditions, and contract. Should a client gain acceptance of their items for embellishment/decoration service, drop off or delivery to the physical location by the client with their signature on an accompanying waiver is their acknowledgement and binding to the policy that Screen Prints NFK will not have a default liability for the items in any way whatsoever. These particular items accepted will require that a guarantee of desired services rendered be communicated on the work order and validated with a signature on behalf of Screen Prints NFK for a conditional liability of error or defect in the embellishment/decoration process to apply. Should such an unfortunate circumstance arise once the guarantee has been made, Screen Prints NFK will offer a replacement of the exact item or one comparable in style, color, and size, or a refund covering the wholesale value of the items affected and decoration/embellishment costs for those items only. It is at the sole discretion of Screen Prints NFK to accept liability in such an instance and only initially within the terms of the work order invoice prior to a signature being provided on behalf of Screen Prints NFK. It is at the sole discretion of the client to provide their signature and proceed with the work order invoice noting that liability has or has not been accepted on behalf of Screen Prints NFK prior to signing the Client Supplied Items Release From Liability And Warranty waiver. A work order may proceed as a valid and paid for contract with or without conditional client supplied items liability on behalf of Screen Prints NFK. No client supplied item work order has any binding capacity of liability on behalf of Screen Prints NFK without an accompanying waiver signed by the client whether production defect liability is accepted by Screen Prints NFK via signature or not. It is the responsibility of Screen Prints NFK to provide a copy of the work order invoice and waiver to the client for their records immediately at signing. It is the right and responsibility of the client to ensure they receive and then secure their copy prior to departing from the signing process.

It is advised that the client supplying the items thoroughly inspect and note manufacturer or client effected defects and irregularities prior to provision to assess if they are acceptable for the embellishment/decoration process prior to request for services at Screen Prints NFK. Any noted manufacturer or client effected defects and irregularities by Screen Prints NFK not cited by the client post delivery and/or departure will be communicated immediately prior to production and it will be the sole responsibility of the client to amend the issue as soon as possible with the understanding that each business day that goes by until they do adds another business day to their desired deadline. There are absolutely no refunds for items with unnoticed manufacturer or client-effected defects and irregularities that have been successfully embellished/decorated or unsuccessfully as a result of the previously unnoticed defect/irregularity. This includes chemical or synthetic compositions of the items mislabeled/undefined and affected negatively by the production process as a result. (An example of this would be a cheaper shirt purchased from a store and provided for decoration and it browns from the normal heat temps needed to cure a verified shirt with a similar weight and feel)

At drop off, a thorough inspection by the client is mandatory and absolutely no irregular, damaged, or soiled/stained items will be accepted and will be immediately deducted from the service order. If a tiered discount was applied due to a particular quantity and removal of the items in question alters the pricing, the conditions of the discount will also be altered and reflected in the revised invoice total. Please understand that this could remove a discount that previously qualified or result in denial of accepting the order altogether. Once the style, integrity, quality, and quantity of the client supplied items is verified by the client, they will be required to sign a Client Supplied Items Release From Liability And Warranty waiver to signify acknowledgement as such. Screen Prints NFK will not accept and take possession of any high value sentimental or retail purchased client supplied items, or independent designer concept items for embellishment/decoration service without a separate release from liability and warranty waiver to be signed by the client in addition to the standard Client Supplied Items Release From Liability And Warranty waiver. Screen Prints NFK does not apply any form of embellishment/decoration to irreplaceable client supplied items and will not accept them for the service.

Screen Prints NFK reserves the right to cancel any service order approved by both parties for embellishment/decoration service on client supplied items at any time before production should any aspect of the service order develop an issue on the clients behalf that causes risk to the integrity of the service order agreement and issue a partial refund on cancellation terms located here: https://screenprintsnfk.com/refund-and-replacement-policy/.
